Who we are

Hauly is a service of Sutton Construction LLC, a local junk-removal business operating in Pocatello, Idaho and surrounding areas. You can reach us at hello@haulyjunk.com.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
• Your pickup address and any notes you provide about the job.
• The photos you upload of the items you want hauled away.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote and contact you about it.
• To schedule and complete your pickup.
• To send transactional SMS and email about your quote, booking, and pickup status.

SMS Communications

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to fulfill your quote request and coordinate your pickup with Hauly.

Customers who opt in to SMS receive approximately 3-5 messages per pickup job, including quote-ready notifications, appointment confirmations, day-of arrival alerts, and follow-up receipts.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos and contact information for as long as we operate, so we can support repeat customers and resolve disputes. Contact us if you'd like your data removed.
