What we do
Hauly provides junk-removal services in Pocatello, Idaho and surrounding areas. By using this site to request a quote or book a pickup, you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the photos and information you provide. If the actual job materially differs from what was photographed or described (e.g., significantly more items, hazardous material), we may revise the price after arrival. We'll always tell you before doing additional work.
Booking and cancellation
When you accept a quote and pick a time slot, you're holding that window on our schedule. We ask that you contact us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that window to someone else.
What we won't haul
Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste), large appliances containing refrigerant we cannot legally transport, and items prohibited by local ordinance. If you're unsure, ask in your quote note and we'll let you know.
SMS messaging
By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Hauly about your quote and pickup. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Limitation of liability
We're not responsible for damage to your property arising from your decision to place items in an inaccessible or unsafe location, or for items you ask us to haul that turn out to belong to someone else. We will use reasonable care during pickup.
